一.  總有機碳分析儀（TOC）新品研發(fā)  工作原理

本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導率法，通過測試經(jīng)過氧化反應的樣品的總碳含量和未經(jīng)過氧化反應的樣品總無機碳的含量差值來測定總有機碳含量，即：總有機碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無機碳（TIC）。
 

Working principle

總有機碳（TOC）分析儀采用世界先的雙波長紅外外氧化技術(shù)，精度高、靈敏度高。高性能CPU，觸摸屏智能化控制，具有離線分析和在線分析選配功能，配制外置式打印機，人性化的設(shè)計理念，更換UV燈和泵管不用拆開機箱，操作簡單、方便，實現(xiàn)了分析儀器國產(chǎn)化。符合《中國藥典》2010版附錄 VIII R制藥用水中總有機碳測定法，滿足藥典對儀器的要求：①TOC=TC-TIC，②系統(tǒng)適用性試驗，③檢測靈敏度（等于或小于0.001mg/L）。
